The following graph shows the evolution of the capacity of each Government to collect data. The range is from 0 to 100, where 100 represents all the data that each administration should have in order to carry out diagnoses, plan public policies and measure their impact.

It is worth clarifying that the statistical reports are published several months after the end of the year: the latest data corresponds to 2018, the 2019 data will be published by the City Councils in October 2020.

The goal of health is for the population to live as many years and as healthy as possible. For this reason, we chose to take into account these three variables that specifically measure this: the need for medical care, life expectancy and infant mortality.

The rest of the data produced by the government in this section are important to understand the phenomenon at a global level but do not reflect personal situations.
