How we work

We coordinate different areas, in order to achieve the maximum efficiency in the management of public resources and services.

We work with local governments who are interested in transforming the quality of life in their cities through better local public management. Those who carry out the function of managing a city and have the commitment and willingness to increase the positive impact of public policies, are invited to contact us in order to be able to relieve their concerns, problems and challenges. If the local administration is satisfied and agree with the tasks we propose, we will define the work structure that best suits their needs.
Our methodology is oriented to the coordination of different areas, in order to achieve the maximum efficiency in the management of public resources and services. We propose the incorporation of new technologies and organizational techniques to public managements and the rearrangement of different sectors, such as the statistics department, the municipal ideas bank, the smart cities area and the data analysis department. At the same time, we encourage the usage of different tools, such as the filtering of information from local big data, administration control panels, the Smart Rule, and benchmarking.
We propose a methodology that enables and promotes the realization of agreements and collaborations with other municipalities, universities and innovative private companies focused in the development of cities potentialities.

Our work consists of three stages

Diagnosis

First stage

We analyze the organizational structure of the municipal government, evaluate how different sectors of work and interact and analyze the methods of identification and resolution of conflicts, in order to define the objectives of the government, the problems and challenges they face, and determine weaknesses and strengths of the administration.

Definition of status and actions to be taken

Second stage

We propose a work plan based on the reorganization and modification of certain municipal areas, the creation of new sectors, if necessary, and the use of management tools to measure the progress of public policies, their impact on the quality of life of citizens, etc. For this, it will be essential to have an office dedicated to data analysis.

Follow-up

Third stage

Once the agreed modifications are put into operation, a follow-up is established during the determined period with monthly meetings where concerns are resolved and the optimal operation of the area is worked together.
