The data through which we measure the ability to achieve this objective are divided into three elements: homicide rate, crime rate, and death rate from road accidents.

In 2017 the city of Barcelona suffered a terrorist attack that cost the lives of 13 people, if this had not happened the rate would have been 0.9.

The crime rate is made up of the sum of all criminal offenses committed in the city.
